Cassandra is a writer who explores mental health, self-growth, and self-awareness with honesty and heart. Writing has been a constant through all of life’s seasons—especially the messy, uncertain ones. What started as a personal outlet during a time of deep grief in her early twenties has since evolved into a space where she shares reflections, lessons, and personal essays that feel like sitting down with a friend who just gets it.

She writes regularly on Substack, where she shares thoughts on healing, motherhood, identity, and everything in between—usually written during the quiet of early mornings with coffee in hand. She’s also self-published two books: Tender, a collection of poems and essays for those in the thick of healing, and When You Are Sad, a children’s book created to normalize emotions and to offer comfort on hard days.

Beyond writing, Cassandra is extremely passionate about Human Design, specifically through the lens of parenting. She creates customized Human Design blueprints to help parents understand their kids on a deeper level—how they think, feel, and move through the world—so they can raise them with more alignment, ease, and connection. Her approach is all about real-life application—no fluff, no perfection, just simple, intuitive guidance to support kids in having the freedom to becoming exactly who it is they’re meant to be.

She lives in the Chicago area with her husband and daughter, and spends her free time cooking up creative recipes, immersed in interior design books or re-arranging her house on a regular basis.
